For instance, the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS® has over 9,000 members, but fewer than 3,000 listings each month.

Leilani is a CRS designee and e-PRO certified. She successfully completed the CRS Technology and Wealth Building core courses, the Creating Value for Your Clients elective course and completing the Transnational Referral Certification Program in 2006 and the e-PRO Certification for Internet Professionalism in 2003.

According to the Council of Residential Specialists, less than 4% of REALTORS® are CRS designees. To earn the CRS designation, a REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements.
