Greenback Estates Condos

Greenback Estates is a McKeon built fourplex-style condominium community located in Citrus Heights, California. Condos are located on Greenback Lane between Auburn Boulevard and Van Maren Lane. Street names within the Greenback Estates condo community are: Auburn Boulevard, Bremen Drive, Carlow Drive, Cavan Drive, Donegal Drive, Greenback Lane and Longford Drive.

Greenback Estates condos were built in the 1970’s and there are three different 2 bedroom, 1 bath floorplans: Unit #1 is a first floor condo, Units #2 and #3 are two-story townhomes and Unit #4 is a second floor condo. Each building has a shared laundry room and each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces plus wall and closet storage in the carport area.

Two different Homeowners Associations (HOA) govern Greenback Estates condos and each have their own CC&R’s, HOA dues and swimming pool. The management company for Greenback Estates HOA 1&2 and 3&4 is Riverside Management (916-740-2462).
