Souza Realty is an independent real estate brokerage in Placer County, California. Bob and Leilani Souza work together as a team selling homes, condos, land and investments. The Souza’s have purchased 36 properties in California, so they have their own experience they can relate to their clients. With a 20 year history buying and selling real estate, they are an excellent resource to help you make your next move.

Bob and Leilani’s favorite real estate transaction was building a custom home. In 2010, they sold their single story Ruby Hill Vineyard Estate on 20 acres next to the Fenestra Winery. The 8,000 square foot villa featured an expansive loggia for “al fresco” living among the vineyard. The gourmet kitchen showcased a Lacanche French range, Gaggenau steam oven and Savage Designer Cabinets.

Our humble beginnings…

Where are we from and how did we get started in real estate?

Bob is from the San Francisco Bay Area and Leilani is from Honolulu, Hawaii. They began working together as a team in 1999, with Leilani as real estate agent and Bob as a loan consultant. In 2002, they opened their own Realty World franchise in downtown Brentwood, CA. The Souza’s became Souza Realty as they saw the value in creating their own brand instead of conforming to another.
